Development Development Achievement COMPLETED PROJECTS LIST Since the establishment in 1972, SUDC has successfully developed more than 100 projects throughout Sabah. These development consist of residentials, commercials, industrial estates and hotels.

In the early years, SUDC helped to developed the rural areas with shophouses. This created an economic spinoff and making the the area as the center of businesses as well as a new landmark for the surrounding population.

This section is a highlight of SUDC’s 50 years journey in property development in Sabah. From small town development to high impact projects, SUDC is still pioneering progress as the property arm of SEDCO and the state.
