Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (SUDC) is a full-fledged property development arm of Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO), a government agency of the state of Sabah, Malaysia. SUDC is entrusted with the task of shaping the future of Sabah through the development of property industry.
SUDC endeavors to build homes that not only last for generations but appreciate in value. Since its inception in 1972, SUDC has been involved in developing various residential projects ranging from medium to high-end housing.
Selected socio-economic & commercial shophouse development from 1972 – 2007. SUDC is committed to continue playing a major role in developing rural areas and help to create more Bumiputera entrepreneurs.
SUDC has successfully developed various industrial estates all over Sabah with total development values in excess of RM130 million. These industrial estates are playing an important role in supporting the development of Sabah’s economy.
