Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. in collaboration with Goldstone, was honored with the Excellent Eco-Coastal Commercial Development Concept award at the SHAREDA (Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association) 2025 Awards for their Wyndham Semporna Resort project.

The award was conferred during the SHAREDA 47th Anniversary Dinner held on October 25, 2025. Datuk Afizal Bin Aldin, CEO of SUDC, was present to receive the award on behalf of the company. At this distinguished event, Sabah’s Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor, called upon developers to emphasize smart city initiatives and sustainability within the state.
